TogglePop Mart Toys
The company began as a niche designer toy label and quickly turned into a global pop-culture phenomenon. Currently, they have stores in almost every major city worldwide, collaborations with some of the most incredible indie artists, and drops that sell out faster than your Wi-Fi can refresh.
POP MART, established in 2010, is a market-leading pop culture and art toy brand. It is a Chinese toy company that trades on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Wang Ning is the visionary creator and CEO of Pop Mart, the Chinese company that made collectable vinyl toys and blind-box culture a worldwide phenomenon.
Pop Mart is well-known for its collectable ‘designer’ toys, which are frequently marketed in a ‘blind box’ format. They sell dolls and figurines inside a blind box, which means the buyer does not know what specific character is inside.
The thrill of chasing rare or “secret edition” figures is half the fun. From cutesy elves and gothic skull girls to dreamy cloud-headed boys and pastel-drenched foodies, there’s a Pop-Mart toy for every kind of collector (or chaos gremlin) out there.
Readers of our blog may wonder whether Pop Mart is a luxury brand of toys.
So, let us clear that Pop Mart doesn’t market itself as a luxury toy brand; it resembles one for a new generation of consumers, and its prices range from US$5 for a small accessory to more than US$1,500 for a 30-inch figurine. At the same time, it has even ventured into jewellery
So, whether you love Labubu’s mischievous grin, vibe with Dimoo’s daydreams, or embrace Skullpanda’s goth-glam energy, Pop Mart brings art toys into viral culture and trust us, once you open your first box, the hook is real.
Why Are Pop Mart Labubu Toys Trending?
Labubu dolls didn’t just go viral by accident. These naughty little animals have entirely overtaken social media, celebrity feeds, and even upscale auctions. And let’s explain why a strange-looking vinyl elf with a creepy-cute smile has suddenly enamoured everyone.
- Social Media Has Hyped: From TikTok unboxings to Insta reels showing off rare finds, Labubu dolls are everywhere right now. It’s that perfect mix of quirky, cute, and low-key creepy that Gen Z (and honestly, all of us) can’t get enough of. The whole blind-box surprise factor makes for addictive content; you never know what you’ll pull, and people love flexing their luck.
- They’re Selling for Insane Prices: In June 2025, a life-size 4-foot-tall Labubu doll sold at a behind-the-scenes auction for over $170,000. This did happen. When a toy designed to be a mischievous gremlin fetches the same price as a luxury car, you know it’s officially a thing. That auction alone sparked a fresh wave of hype worldwide.
- The Blind Box Culture is Lowkey Addictive: The Pop Mart Blind Box concept is genius marketing. You pay for a box, you don’t know what’s inside, and you pray it’s not a duplicate. It’s Pokémon cards, sneaker drops, and surprise birthday gifts all rolled into one.

- They Hit That Sweet Spot Between Cute and Weird: Labubu, one such viral sensation, isn’t a basic Kawaii toy. It has those big eyes, a devilish grin, and forest-creature energy that feels a little creepy, but weirdly lovable. This unique vibe of a Labubu doll makes them stand out in a world full of the same collectables.
- Celebs and Influencers are Onboard: It was that moment when Labubu gained momentum when BLACKPINK’s Lisa casually showed off her Labubu, and the internet collectively lost it. Since then, these dolls have popped up in everything from K-pop star selfies to fashion week street style shots. The cool-kid approval factor is through the roof.
- Easy to Collect, Fun to trade: With dozens of series, rare secret editions, and frequent collaborations (Coca-Cola, Labubu, and Circus Series). Collectors are constantly hunting for their favourite editions. You won’t believe that there are online trading groups, Telegram chats, and Instagram pages dedicated solely to swapping Labubu dolls.
- They’re Part of a Bigger Toy Trend Boom: Labubu’s rise fits right into the adult collectable toy trend, which is blowing up globally. Tiny toy designers like Bearbrick, Sonny Angels, etc. have officially made the jump from “kids stuff” to high-fashion, high-value art collectables.

DIMOO
Dimoo, the softest, dreamiest little character in the Pop Mart universe. He is a shy, quiet boy who’s always a little too nervous to speak up or make new friends. His happy place is sleeping. He brings a serene vibe, perfect for desk décor or bedside watcher.

When Dimoo drifts off to sleep, he escapes into a dreamy world filled with warmth, colour, and kindness. That’s where he meets Baby Cloud, a tiny, mischievous fluffball who loves hiding in Dimoo’s hair. Together, they set off on heartwarming adventures in Dimoo World, a place where everyone belongs, fears get left behind, and friendships heal.
Dimoo’s story hits different because it’s not just about cute figurines, it’s about overcoming fears, finding your people, and creating a world where it’s okay to be a little awkward and a lot kind. No wonder this little cloud-headed cutie has a loyal fanbase all over TikTok and Instagram!

CRYBABY
Crybaby is one of the most relatable characters to ever pop out of a blind box. This figurine isn’t a boy, a girl, or even fully human. It’s a whole feeling. It represents those deep, quiet emotions we sometimes don’t know how to explain.
It’s compact but emotional, which lets you flex your sensitive side in style. With series like Cheer Up and even Powerpuff collabs, these dolls are emotive charmers that tug at your heartstrings, cry laugh, everyone’s doing it.
Crybaby reminds us that it’s okay to cry. Not every bad day needs to be fixed with a fake smile or a motivational quote. Some days, the most healing thing you can do is let it out, ugly tears and all and Crybaby gets that.
This character exists for anyone who’s ever felt overwhelmed, soft, anxious, or just plain human. It’s a tiny reminder that tears are valid, emotions matter, and crying can be its kind of beautiful. In a world that tells us to “stay positive” 24/7, having a little figure that says “It’s okay to not be okay” hits different.
Vibe check: If you’re the type to get teary-eyed over sad songs, Pixar movies, or random animal rescue videos, Crybaby was made for you.
Additional Info: Crybaby is loved for its collaborations like “Carnival” & “Dreamy Holiday.“
Designer: Molly Yllom
Launch: Pop Mart launched the series a collaboration with Molly Yllom of Molly’s Factory on July 27, 2021.

SKULLPANDA
Skullpanda is the mysterious, otherworldly icon that appears to have just walked out of a hyper-stylised dream. Not quite cute, not quite creepy, it’s cool in that untouchable, cosmic kind of way.
For those who prefer a darker aesthetic, Skullpanda is your edgy BFF. With stark monochromes, haunting face art, and diva attitude, this anti-cute collectable makes a bold shelf statement.
Skullpanda isn’t tied to any gender, place, or even planet. It’s a universal symbiont, a shapeshifter of vibes, travelling through space, slipping into different identities, living endless lives across dimensions. Think of it as the multiverse’s moodiest fashion icon exploring identity, existence, and aesthetic chaos, one role at a time.
There’s something magnetic about Skullpanda. The moment you see it with those hollow panda eyes and unapologetically fierce energy, you feel something. It doesn’t just sit there on your shelf; it radiates mystery, pulling you into its strange, limitless world.
Vibe check: If your Pinterest is a mix of dark academia, streetwear inspo, spacecore, and existential quotes, yeah, Skullpanda gets you.

Designer: Xiong Miao

MOLLY
Molly is the tiny queen of attitude and expression in the designer toy world. Born in 2006 from the creative genius of Hong Kong-based artist Kenny Wong, Molly isn’t just a doll; she’s a whole mood.
With her signature pout, big blue eyes, and short hair, Molly looks like she’s always mid-eye-roll at the chaos of life, and we kinda love that for her. She was inspired by a fierce little girl Kenny met at a charity event full of fire, determination, and that “don’t mess with me” energy.
But don’t box her in, Molly is the ultimate chameleon of vibes. One day she’s an Astronaut, the next she’s rocking Zodiac signs or dripping in high fashion. From spacecore to cottagecore, she can slay it all. No matter what she’s wearing, her iconic expression stays the same: cool, confident, and a little bit over it (relatable, right?).
Vibe check: If your aesthetic is part-sarcastic, part-sentimental, and always experimental, Molly might just be your new spirit doll.
Additional Info: Molly is iconic in Zodiac, Retro Music, and Mega Royal series.
Designer: Kenny Wong
Launch: Wong began cooperating with POP MART in 2016, which expanded Molly’s popularity; nevertheless, the character existed before the connection.
Size: They range from small, around 7cm, to larger, like the MEGA series, which can be 30cm or more.
Materials: Molly is made of PVC/ABS/PC
Where to Buy: Pop Mart sites, major Western and Asian licensed toy shops.

PUCKY
If your Pinterest board is full of cloudcore, pastels, and tiny moments of peace, say hello to your new collectable crush: Pucky.
This toy line isn’t just adorable, it’s an emotional escape into a dream world where nature vibes, magical sprites, and sleepy baby aesthetics collide. Think of it as your most wholesome lucid dream got turned into vinyl form.
The name “Pucky” draws inspiration from Puck, the cheeky sprite from Shakespeare’s ”A Midsummer Night’s Dream”. But instead of tricks and mischief, Pucky brings soft sparkles, surreal cuteness, and the kind of gentle energy that feels like a warm hug on a rainy day.
From sleepy babies in a unicorn onesie to a floaty pool party fairies, each figure feels like a tiny lullaby in 3D. But don’t be fooled by sweetness, Pucky’s universe isn’t all sunshine. There’s a layer of mystery and emotional depth under those sparkles, a touch of the spiritual and the unknown.
Whether you’re deep into collecting or just starting your dreamy vinyl journey, Pucky is the main character energy for soft souls.
Vibe check: Pucky is for the daydreamers, the ones who romanticise rainy days, believe in gentle magic, and think healing can happen through soft colours and sleepy smiles. If your soul wears pastels, this one’s your vinyl soulmate.
Additional Info: Puckys were a big hit during China’s Singles Day 2020.

Designer: Pucky
Launch: POP MART entered into an exclusive license agreement with Pucky in 2017, launching the first “Pucky Pool Babies” blind box series in 2018.

Materials: Pucky is made of PVC/ABS/PC.

HIRONO
Some collectables are cute. Others are cool. But Hirono is a whole emotion. If you’ve ever sat in your room, playlist on low, staring out the window and feeling all the feels, Hirono gets it.
Hirono is the mirror to your inner world. Every figure captures a specific emotional beat, love, fear, courage, sadness, joy, all frozen in time like a poetic pause between life’s chaos. Art disguises itself as a toy, or maybe a toy disguises itself as a feeling.
There’s a quiet power in how minimal yet expressive Hirono looks. It doesn’t shout, it whispers, “I feel you”, and somehow makes you feel less alone. It’s like owning a piece of someone else’s vulnerability, and recognising your own within it.
Whether you’re a collector who curates meaning or just someone who appreciates smoky beauty, Hirono is the definition of vinyl therapy.
Vibe Check: Hirono is for the deep thinkers, the ones who live in the in-between moments. If your emotional range lives somewhere between indie film vibes and late-night journal entries, Hirono isn’t just for your shelf; it’s for your soul.
Additional Info: Hirono is often accompanied by plush dolls or figurines in themed series.
Designer: Lang
Launch: The first Hirono series, “The Other One,” in Pop Mart toys was launched on October 1, 2021.

SWEET BEAN
Ever miss the days when your biggest worry was what snack you were having next? Sweet Bean is here to remind you that pure joy still exists in the form of an adorable toddler with the nose of a bloodhound and a heart of gold.
Sweet Bean is a two-and-a-half-year-old bundle of cozy chaos. He loves eating his mom’s food (same), tagging along to the supermarket, or just vibing at home with his ultimate ride-or-die, his tiny frog BFF.
The super sniffer keeps the sweet bean has a sense of smell 100x stronger than the average human, which makes him a snack-hunting superhero. Whether it’s ramen down the street or cookies in your bag, if food’s around, he’ll find it.
But beyond the cuteness and collectable glow, Sweet Bean is about nostalgia. That tender, untouched version of ourselves who found happiness in the little things, and never needed much more than love, snacks, and a loyal frog friend.
Vibe Check: Soft kid energy meets serotonin boost. If “inner child healing” were a vinyl figure, it would be Sweet Bean.

Designer: Xuechen

ZSIGA
Have you ever met someone who’s all sass and eye-rolls, but deep down, they’re the softest soul in the room? They are Zsiga, which is a walking contradiction in the best way possible.
Zsiga is rebellious, wild, and has zero time for fake vibes. She’s prickly, sure, but it’s just armour. Underneath all that edge is innocence, loyalty, and a heart that cares harder than it lets on.
Zsiga isn’t into putting up a front. She’s messy, moody, and unapologetically herself. Her most iconic feature is that she has a tiny puppy fused to her right foot, her bestie for life. It’s weird, it’s whimsical, it’s peak Zsiga energy.
And if you relate to being the misunderstood one in your friend group, the one who hides softness behind sarcasm, this one’s for you.
Vibe Check: It’s hard shell, soft core. Zsiga’s the “don’t touch me” hugger we all secretly are.

One thought on “8 Pop Mart Toys To Adore Than The Trending Labubu Dolls”
I thought I was the only one who sometimes sees a tiny little toy or collectible figure as an extension of my inner self, or mood sometimes 😅
To be honest I have not really bought that many figurine Collectibles, but I thought maybe I was weird because that was one aspect of them that I often found appealing.
Obviously I love the Aesthetics and Artistry of it as well, but sometimes it also feels like a mini work of art that speaks to me in a different way too.
Thanks for sharing your post, I guess it really is a form of art for some other people too ! ☺️
