An interview is like having many stages of chance. Chances and opportunities all are part of life which seems to be the most beautiful phase when you get one. But wait, do you succeed every time you get an opportunity?

You might be, but not always. It’s the same thing that happens with most people.  But at times, you get a chance, you work hard, and you deeply want to succeed but don’t know where you lack. Fate plays a role that hits you hard in the face.

I write this verse on interview, willingly because expressing it through verses is what I know. And yes, I too lost a chance today. So, it’s worth sharing.

Interview - Stages of Chance

How it feels today ->

All ready to face the biggest fears,
warmed up and steadily reached there.
Listening to achievers all around,
My heartbeat went up and down.
Flips of pages and nervousness all high,
this is the place where interviewers decide.
Make someone’s dreadful day, or
at the same time play with others’ lives.
That’s where the fate announces,
“You are not eligible” for further fights.
After facing the giant panels,
all you have to do is scream without voice.
No one cares if you lose the chance,
Winners are the ones who fought unarmed.
It’s easy to say that there are more hopes,
but you know better that you lost the scope.
Wait now! I have to relax a bit,
prepare well and again have to sit.
Fighting with a bunch of some odd-faced,
trying to run away isn’t what is praised.
So, getting up is the only option,
it’s time to come back again to action.
Catch up with your fools for tonight,
you’ll know, you are not the only one who fights.

Now, I am Fine 🙂

All the best for your interview.
